Welcome to Onecheq! Using and accessing our website is at your own discretion and constitutes the acceptance of, and compliance with, our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. We may from time to time amend, update, or change this website including these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.


The Company, Agreement, and Acceptance

This website is owned and operated by Onecheq Solutions Limited trading as Onecheq, known together with its directors, employees, and agents as “We,” “Our,” or “Us”. The person using, accessing, or purchasing from the Onecheq website is referred to as “You,” “Your,” “customer” or “the user.”

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the customer (“you”) and Onecheq Solutions Limited (“Onecheq”) and apply to the order/purchase, fulfillment, and delivery of goods (“products”) from our website (“onecheq.co.nz”).  

Onecheq agrees to sell, and the customer agrees to buy the goods ordered through Onecheq’s website. By placing an order on www.onecheq.co.nz you are deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.

Onecheq is not liable for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website or a linked website. This general disclaimer is not restricted or modified by any of the following specific warnings and disclaimers.


Consumer Guarantees Act

The customer has certain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (Consumer Guarantees Act) that cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting, or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy implied by the law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.


Accuracy of Content / Liability

Whilst Onecheq does its best to provide accurate information, due to human error we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all information posted on our website. Information on this Website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Information on this website may contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, product image discrepancies, or other errors and may be changed at any time without notice. Onecheq has a policy of continuous improvements and does regular upgrades of the website platform and of the products that are loaded onto the website. Onecheq reserves the right to make improvements or changes to products without notice.



Provided we meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order. Prices on Onecheq’s website may vary from prices set for products available on our partner websites, products available for pick-ups and productsthat on the websites of our partner businesses such as TradeMe and Reebelo. The difference may be due to, but not limited to, delivery charges, special promotions and/or reductions and are subject to change at the Onecheq’s disposition. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without warning.

The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed, and is exclusive of installation and maintenance. In addition to the price of the product, you will also need to pay the advertised shipping costs (if any). Additional shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart at the time of checkout (if any).


Products (Goods)

Onecheq is dependent upon its Suppliers to provide stock, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. You acknowledge and agree that, from time to time, certain Goods may be out of stock or unavailable. Products are sold subject to availability. Whilst we work hard to ensure timely and accurate accounts of stock, we do not accept liability for any faults, errors, or inaccuracies in product availability.

Onecheq reserves the right to withdraw or suspend from sale any products displayed on the Website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice to you. Onecheq will not be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of the unavailability of any products at any time.

Where products are unavailable you will be contacted and notified and will be offered either replenishment or alternative stock and where possible, store credit, or a full refund. The outcome of any such issue will always be mutually agreed upon.


Copyright / Intellectual Property

Materials on the Website are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All content on the Oncheq website is created by or owned by our sellers, suppliers, or Onecheq Solutions Limited themselves. You are not entitled to modify or redistribute the content of the website, nor reproduce, link, frame, or deep-link it on any other website without written permission from us.


Orders, Shipping & Delivery

We are a New Zealand Business, and all transactions will be billed in NZD and include GST. If you wish to purchase outside of NZ, you will be billed according to a New Zealand bank-approved foreign currency only.

After an order has been made a confirmation email including an invoice will be sent out. The handling/processing time for each order is 2-4 business days, this is because we need to verify your payment at our end, test/quality check the product before they are sent out, and manage orders if there is an extensive backlog.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible via the information presented in your order summary. Where possible you will be offered alternative stock, credit, or a full refund.

Onecheq offers free delivery within New Zealand on most of the products (exclusion: big and bulky items). We use several courier companies depending upon your location. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery unless the government advises otherwise (Contactless during certain alert levels across NZ).

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, post the processing time of your order and it also depends on your location. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for rural delivery and up to 10 days for bulky items. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact the courier company mentioned in your confirmation email first; and quote your track and trace number.

Where we agree to transport the goods to a specified place, we will deliver, or arrange delivery of, the goods to that place only. Except where otherwise agreed, you will pay for all resulting transportation costs. The risk and title of the products pass on to you as soon as the order is delivered to you, at the address provided in your order.

Goods will generally only be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. We deliver to PO Boxes in New Zealand where possible based on the size of the Goods. Onecheq may, at its absolute discretion, agree to accept Orders for delivery outside New Zealand but is under no obligation to do so.


Delays in Availability or Delivery of Goods

You agree and acknowledge that:

  • Onecheq does not guarantee the delivery or availability of Goods within the timeframes set out on the website or otherwise specified by any of Onecheq’s staff;
  • events outside our control may cause delays, or in some circumstances, prevent your Goods from being delivered or available for pick-up at our designated locations;
  • delays are particularly likely to occur around Christmas, Easter, and public holidays; and
  • except when it is precisely set out in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act), neither Onecheq nor any of its agents will be liable to you, or any other person, for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of any delay in delivery of the Goods to you or delay in the availability of Goods for pick up.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We provide all our customers with a 7-day Right of Return if the goods are not quite what you anticipated or in the condition you expected them to be. All returns must be in the condition they were sent out and in the original packaging with the product packaging boxes still intact.

Upon your order arriving, you may return your order within 7 days to be eligible for a full refund or replacement of the product. If your return is after the return period, it will be accepted at Onecheq’s discretion. For any kind of returns, we will need you to send the product back to us and we will contact you within 3 days of your order’s arrival back to Onecheq to confirm the return. We offer support services which means if something does go wrong after the return period, you could get in touch with us, and we can help you find the best possible solution and/or fix the issue for you.

We take all the efforts to get it right in the first instance and get all the products tested when they arrive, but if the product still turns out to be faulty or not as described, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and refund, replace or issue a credit for the product in a timely manner.


Incorrectly supplied products: If Onecheq has supplied the wrong product accidentally, we will ask you to send the product back to us by providing you a prepaid ticket and supply you with the correct product (depending upon the availability) or issue a credit/refund.

Faulty Products: If the products you receive are faulty upon arrival, we will either repair or replace your product or issue a credit/refund. In order to repair, replace or issue a credit/refund, the product(s) will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act; however, all returns of this nature must be made within 14 days of purchase/delivery or within the warranty period (if an additional warranty has been purchased).

Change of mind / purchase made by mistake / purchased the incorrect item: If you change your mind after making a purchase or if you have purchased the incorrect item, you need to get in touch with us within 7 days of placing the order to be eligible for an exchange of the item. You are not covered by the 7-day right of return policy in this instance, so please purchase the products If you don’t find a suitable product that can be exchanged, you will be offered a credit on your account or a discount code of the exact amount you paid while making the purchase. To exchange a product, goods must be in their original condition with the packaging still intact i.e., unopened/sealed, and you will need to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery of the product(s).


Products excluded from the 7-day Right of Return and Exchange Policy: Headphones, Gift Cards, Software, VR headsets, and other wearables. Exception: where they are still sealed/unopened or faulty.


Products covered in Warranty

Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, if your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified, Onecheq will propose an appropriate solution for repair or replacement of your product or issue a credit/refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

All products sold at Onecheq come with a warranty; New Products: 1 year RTB warranty and Used Products: 6 months RTB warranty.

For faster processing and handling of the claim, we suggest Manufacturer Warranty should be claimed with the manufacturer itself for all new products and some used products whose warranty period has not ended.

To claim an extended warranty purchased at Onecheq, you will have to ship the product back to us at your own cost to us. Once we receive the product, we will inspect/test the item and make a suitable decision on your claim. If the warranty claim is confirmed, we will ship the replacement of the product at no cost to you or give you a replacement/refund.

Warranty cannot be claimed/extended for products that come under the toys category and for products with the below-mentioned defects:

  1. Damage due to impact,
  2. Liquid damage, or
  3. Power surge issues.

Requirements to claim warranty:

  1. The claim must be made within the Warranty Period only.
  2. Photo demonstrating the malfunction/issue needs to be sent via email to info@Onecheq.co.nz before the product is shipped to us
  3. You must have your order number and a copy of your invoice from us

Please Note: If you require technical support for your product, we encourage you to check for the issue in the user manual if available or contact the manufacturer directly in the first instance.


Privacy Policy

Onecheq’s policy on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is set out in its Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Lay by with Onecheq Terms – Bank Transfer (as agreed by the customer & us)

Payment Conditions for Lay By

You cannot withhold payment or make any deductions from any amount you owe us without our prior written consent. You will receive the product only after you have finished paying off the full amount owed for the product. Once you have placed your order, an initial payment (the first instalment) is required to be paid on the same date of the purchase and any subsequent payments can be made at the time intervals you have selected. If you wish to skip a payment, you will have to notify us a day prior to the scheduled payment date. Please reach out to us at info@onecheq.co.nz

If you cancel your order after 14 days of making the purchase, a cancellation fee of 10% applies.


Site Policies, Modification, Waiver / Severability, Governance

Onecheq reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.

If we exercise or fail to exercise any right or remedy available to us, this shall not prejudice our rights in exercising that or any other right or remedy. Waiver of any term of the contract must be specified in writing by us and signed by an authorised personnel of Onecheq.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
